Half-Day Abu Dhabi City Tour with Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

If you only have one morning in Abu Dhabi, this tour covers the places most visitors want to see, and a guide explains what you're looking at.

We start at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. You'll walk through the white marble courtyards and, when open, the main prayer hall with its huge carpet and chandeliers. Your guide tells you how and why it was built and points out details that are easy to miss.

Next is the Emirates Heritage Village, a reconstruction of an old desert settlement with tents, a falaj water channel and craft workshops. Then we stop at the dates market, where you can taste a few varieties and pick some up to take home.

We also visit the Founder's Memorial, a tribute to Sheikh Zayed, and drive past Emirates Palace and Qasr Al Watan. The tour finishes with a drive along the Corniche before we drop you back at your hotel.
