Booking & payment
How do I book a tour?
Choose your tour, pick a date and the number of guests, then tap Reserve and complete checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email with your booking details right away, and your exact pickup time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by Visa and Mastercard. Prices are shown in AED.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the full price, including taxes. Optional extras, such as [quad biking], are clearly listed before you pay.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. For groups of more than [15] people, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange extra vehicles and a group price.
Changes & cancellations
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made later than that are non-refundable.
Can I change the date or time?
Yes, as long as there is space on the new date. Contact us at least 24 hours before your tour and we’ll move it at no extra cost.
What happens if the tour is cancelled because of weather?
If we cancel for safety reasons, such as a sandstorm, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Pickup & transfers
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included from hotels and major malls in Abu Dhabi city.
What time will I be picked up?
It depends on the tour. Evening desert safaris usually pick up around 3:00–3:30 pm. We confirm your exact time by WhatsApp the day before.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We offer private transfers to and from Abu Dhabi and Dubai airports. Message us with your flight details for a price.
On the tour
Are the tours suitable for children?
Children are welcome on most tours. Dune bashing is for children aged 6 and over, and is not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with back or heart conditions.
What should I wear and bring?
Light, comfortable clothes, sunglasses and sunscreen. Desert evenings can be cool from November to March, so bring a light jacket. For mosque visits, arms and legs must be covered, and women need a headscarf.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides speak English and Arabic, and also Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam. Ask us if you need another language.
Private tours
Can I customise a private tour?
Yes. You choose the start time, the stops and the pace. Tell us what you’d like to see and we’ll suggest a plan and price.
How many people can join a private tour?
A private tour is just for your group, from 1 up to 15 people.
